Elizabeth Egan - VocalsSurrounded by a musical family, Elizabeth Egan came into the world of music at an early age… With a five-octave range, Elizabeth has a unique vocal style and extensive musical background. This singer-songwriter has written/recorded hundreds of songs and has mentored with Peter Gabriel at Real World. Elizabeth opened for various bands including The Cranberries, The Cure, Placebo, and Republica, and has performed live at many venues in Los Angeles (both as a solo artist and as the singer of the band, Aurora) including The Greek, The Roxy, El Rey, etc. Elizabeth was the lead singer/songwriter in various bands both in England and the U.S. including LeFaye, Gift, Flickering Saints, and Aurora. She has done many voiceovers and ads (Honda, Bacardi, French TV ident, BHS homestores, Oil of Olay Europe, etc.) and vocal sessions and licensed songs for various soundtracks (HBO's Pendulum, Threes a Crowd, Thieves, Peak Experience, etc.). An improvisational harmonic singer and classically trained vocalist, Elizabeth performs and records several unique vocal styles including world beat, Celtic, toning, glossilalia, improvisational ecstatic singing, folk, ethereal, classical, pop, etc. Elizabeth also currently works as a Certified Master Hypnotist and herbalist in California.
